Story: A small piece of parchment has keep the twelve royal families from openly warring each other for centuries. With the treaty burned by a member if the VanderHill family, nothing is holding them back from unleashing hell upon each other.

Each family is headed by an Arch-Duke and duchess. You'll need to give their history and how the Arch came to power. Additionally, you will need to create a history for the family, how they got their names and why they're in power. Be sure to ask lots of questions. I know a lot about them, I just can't put it to paper. Each family has buffs and debuffs that are not listed. Other than that, I'll give you full creative control over them.

Military:

There's the Navy (space) (Coast guard for water fleets)

Soldiers for ground warfare, Marines for space.

The Mershiar are your special forces. Ask for details.

The ships for this game are:

Dreadnought - a large, heavily armored, but slow moving, warship armed with at least three rail guns but no more than seven.

• Carriers - A lightly armed, heavily shielded warship. It's main purpose is to move large numbers of naval aircraft and to deploy them while being able to repair them in the heat of battle.

• Cruisers - Are missile warships designed to defend against enemy missiles, ships and jets and be able to attack designated targets.

• Frigates - Are heavily armed ships designed for escort duties.

• Destroyers - Are small, lightly armed but highly maneuverable ships. They have rapid fire bolt guns to quickly take out jets and to drain the shields of other ships.

• Corvettes - Assault ships designed to move troops in and out of hot zones.

• Logistics - Ships designed to provide medical/scouting/refueling support.

• Space station - Military facilities that orbit around a planet or in dead space. These stations prevent enemy fleets from snooping around and provides communication and logistical support.

• Space port - Civilian facilities designed to house large numbers of people for rest or refueling/repairs.

• Satellites - Large orbiting structures used for long range communications, offensive and defensive and tugging support.

• Shipyards - Are facilities that plan, develop and design fighter jets or ships.

Game start:

You begin with your history, rise to power and listing of your family. You rule your domain from a palace on your home world, describe it and tell us what boost it provides.

You begin the game with one company and 1B dollars which can be spent on virtually anything. You make money each turn. Just be sure you can pay for everything you do.

This game, war, movements and tech are a little different. Mershiars are basically super power humans that can fight on the front lines or act as spy units.

Armies will be given out after your 10th post, custom people, your 15th.

Anything else, just ask. I will not be playing in this one.

Family: Spale   

Family Members:  ​ Duchess Minerva, her three brothers Duke Estatos, Duke Argentus  (spymaster) and Duke Ostof, her father Duke Lerion and her mother Duchess Clara 

  Duchess’s history: Spale family law states that whichever child kills the reigning  Duke/Duchess takes his place. Nobody but that Duke's child may betray them or take there  place.     Archduchess Minerva the current Duchess, was the third youngest child of her father. At the  age of 17 she discovered that her oldest brother Estatos had planned to kill her Father  Archduke Lerion and take his place. Knowing Estatos's nature she knew he would be unfit to  rule. Father often told her he was far too brash. She placed spies in her brother's circle of  lackey's and discovered in full the scheme to kill Lerion. Minerva decided she could not stop  her brother so instead she altered his ploy slightly and put it into place a few weeks before  he did. Minerva infiltrated the Duke's apartment in the dead of night and ended his life. 
Minerva is intelligent , powerful but she is also merciful and loyal.    

After stealing her father's life and crown she summoned the royal physician and immediately  after the physician pronounced her father dead she summoned her many of the threshers  and  using their power resurrected the former Archduke. Lerion was astounded at Minerva's  mercy. The people of spale territories hail Duchess Minerva as a near deity but some of the  other families consider her an unnatural necromancer. The Old Duke is still grateful to  Minerva  and serves as her second in the royal cabal. Estatos feeling cheated and spurned  harbours deep feelings of resentment and jealousy against his royal sister and her powers.    She now is now called the “Iron Duchess” and rules justly and fairly. Growing up with 4  brothers she knows how to fight (better than most of them) excellently with a sword and is  considered an excellent duelist. She has conceded two strokes in her career as a duelist and never lost.  

Capitol ship: The Malevolence  The malevolence was constructed 2 generations ago to commemorate Duke Lerions  coronation. Duke Lerion having heard a couple of other families ships were commandeered  by pirates, added in a matter destroying self destruct bomb it can only be remotely activated  only by the ruling Archduchesses activation key     The malevolence is a fast light ship only the size of a Frigate although it more than makes up  for it with its Armament. It is equipped with B42­RM ionic mortars. These mortars have  incredible range (the most ranged weaponry in space) and are only seen in the Spale navy.  The B42s are not the only deadly tool on board. The malevolence has a directed EMP relay  which disables enemy ships engines. The malevolence can carry up to 1600 fighters and  400 bombers which it deploys to protect its relay and harass the enemy fleet.     
Excrepts
The Spalian navy proved its efficiency during the clearing of trade lanes of the Volian navy,  little more than a pirate fleet. Alone against a numerically superior fleet the Spalian fleet 
persevered. Other families are jealous and afraid of our superior naval tactics although what  happened in the engagement has remained a state secret. Of the 14,000 volians only 17  survivors were found. 12 were hanged by the neck until death. 4 were sent to planet 647 and  the other REDACTED. He now REDACTED. He is integral to REDACTED  ­Spalian Military history  The Volian incident   

Minerva has gone too far! She cannot be allowed to rule. Not with this most unnatural magic.  I was there! I pronounced him dead. I saw his soul leave his eyes! I have to confront her  about this!  ­Note: The physician is reported to have committed suicide. In reality REDACTED.   His family were later relocated to planet 647 under REDACTED order's  ­Royal physician Claremonts letter to his wife.  
Spale intelligence service (SIS) 

    This cult of the old ones is worrying me Duchess. We both know they are dangerous. We  both know they must be removed. Yet it must be done quietly and quickly. Too much haste  will ensure we are foiled but too little and they will disappear. I have no idea how far this pit  of vipers extends, but it has at very least infiltrated the nobility if it was not concepted by  them. These discoveries will rock the very foundations of our duchy. I write this on my way to  Norfort. I must know if the cults has made it way there even further away from our duchy.  Was it started in our territory or is it of another's making? The brutality of the cult leads me to  suspect Tej out of all the other families though that is unlikely. I will continue my search for  answers.  ­Duke (Spymaster) Argentus's Letter to Archduchess Minerva concerning the Cult   

Planets ​ :Emperus and Norfort    
Moons ​ : Awilat, Change (Moons of Emperus)   Lycant and Persephone (Moons of Norfort)     

Emperus ​ :   Emperus is the home planet of the Spale family. It has two supercontinents Untad and  Genabackad. These continents are connected by hyper train. Troops can mobilise across  the planet in less than an hour. It is also the only planet known that produces the near  miraculous spalium.    Emperus defense's: Emperus is heavily defended. The ARA­17 orbital defense cannon  emplacements is a common sight on the surface. It boasts 2000 heavy blasts a minute  designed to stop enemy craft coming close to the surface of the planet without heavy losses.  If enemy forces do manage to land on the surface they have the GR­57  containment/quarantine phaser shield to contend with. This shield is impassable and is  generated from a large relay that is always heavily defended by the planetary defense force.  There is at least one of these in every province. Lastly the Spale royal family have a ritual 
which will change the season on the planet to winter to make advance hard in either the  bitter cold of Untad or the almost endless rainfall of Genabackad. Orbital defense stations  armed with B42­RMs and ARA­17s.   

Untad ​ :   
Major Cities:Malzat(capital) Viennat, Verona, Elsinore, Albion and Dagenhagen      Untad is more northerly and is home to Alpine mountains, funded arts and music and of  course is the prestigious residence of the Spale Royal family. The Untadians are mostly  noble's, merishar and officers in the army/navy. There is nobody below middle class on the  Continent of Untad. Untads climate is temperate but it has quite harsh weather conditions in  winter more so because many of the mountain passes that make up Untad are impassable.   

Genabackad ​ : 
Major cites: Darujihan (capital), Pale, Sevila, and Arad     Genabackad is far more tropical  than Untad being much further southerly is not as wealthy  as Untad, but is still much better off than most other planets. The east is mostly composed of  jungle/desert whereas the west is composed of rich grassland. The people of Genabackad  gained their wealth through. Darujihan is the trade hub of Genabackad and home to the  Government owned Trade Alliance. The west is mostly industrialized.    

Emperus's moons:   ​
Awilat ​ : Awilat is home to Spales Navy. The moon is heavily defended and usually has the  Spale fleet docked there. Commander of this installation is  Lord Admiral Nock, who appeared  as if out of thin air and is now one of the most admired men in the Admiralty. The Horus  naval base doubles as a producer of ships(usually made in zero gravity shipyard's). It is also  home to CFTA and has massive oil rigs all over it's surface.   

Change ​ : Change has very little on its surface apart from oil rigs for CFTB and a small city  known as Jaiad. It is in close proximity to Awilat (and the Spale fleet and as such has very  little planetary defense's.)     

Norfort ​ : Norfort is far less imperialistic than Emperus however the inhabitants are still well  off. It has 2 medium sized continents.     Norforts defense's: Norfort has standard planetary defenses. AR­17s and GR­57s across the  surface as well as huge amounts of ground troops. Orbital defense stations armed with  AR­17s and B42­RMs.

    Stormbreak ​ :  
Major cities: Stormeye (capital) Typhoon, Hurricane and Tidal.  Stormbreak a massive chain of islands towards the North mostly covered in coniferous trees  and jagged rocks. It is rare to see a clear day there. The Islands are home to factories and  forts.It is the center of Spales surface military. A space pad has 5­Triton class transports to 
move troops to other Spale territories.Most of its food comes from super trawlers that roam  Norforts vast seas   

Rivet ​ :
  Major cities: Bastion(capital) Sullust, Furnace and Etna  Rivet is heavily industrialized. Most armaments and equipment of the spale military is made  here. Rivet is home to many of the lower class citizens. A large amount of the factories here  are owned by the state and in times of war work under command production. These cities  are quite overcrowded but the government makes sure that few are homeless there is  almost no disease and almost everyone is employed.   

Norforts moons ​ : 
Lycant ​ : Lycant is barren and is home to nothing but a few oil rigs and a naval outpost. It has  reserves of CFTC.   

Persephone:   Cities: Soil and Plough  Persephone was terraformed 14 centuries ago.It is now an agricultural giant.Thousands of  very  efficient farms make up the surface. This Planet has a small naval outpost where  transports dock to take woha wheat and mass produced meat to feed other planets.It has  virtually no planetary defenses except for private militias and a light planetary shield which  would stall invading ships giving the Spalian navy time to react to the threat.

It is requested that all people suing Betaland Motors withdraw their court charges and proceed to contact us without the need for a judge.

A meeting with the Grandmaster of the Templars is requested. We would like to open up our vaults to each other in order to learn more about Omens and their nature, and we wish to offer increased protection and help in the retrieval of new artifacts.

In order to appease the nobles, a feast is held. During the feast, Jaxson says a long speech that contained words of how he will bring the Lensane into a period of prosperity. I don’t feel like writing a speech, I have enough things to work on already, k?

Jaxson’s court defence: For thousands of years, we have allowed animals to thrive on our forests, and we still continue. Our sport has always had a very, very limited effect on the ecosystem. Is it our fault that animals are unable to survive in their natural habitat themselves? Why are different animals treated differently based on how many of them are left? The reason there are not so many of them left is because they have been unable to survive their habitat? It is not our fault that they are unable to survive, so why must we compensate for their loss by not killing them?

Templars: An issue has sprung up in our midsts, I'm afraid that we are going to have to wait for some time until we can work together.

Announcement:

It has come to my attention that a certain family truly is not showing any signs of deserving of the title 'Royal'. This family has been reckless with spending, and is not fit to rule. The have spent trillions of dollars, yes trillions, on weapons of mass destruction. These weapons have entirely bankrupted the entire nation! They cannot pay their own workers, army, buy fuel, or even their Meshiar! Heck, even if you're homeless, you can still say that you're a billion times richer than them. To even further prove that they are unfit to rule, family never legitimately claimed their castle. Flying your flag high on one of the palaces is supposed to show that you have great strength, but only if you do it in a legitimate fashion. A family's royalty is decided by controlling one of the 15 palaces. By not owning one of these palaces, how can we say they are royal? If we allow something like this to happen, what's stopping other families that down own a palace from claiming royalty as well? We have seen what happens when we allow a family that has not claimed a palace to rule and call themselves royal, and it led to possibly the worst economic decline in that territory in history. As a leader of citizens, it makes me sad to see an entire territory being devastated by the recklessness of an illegitimate and unfit ruler. And also, as a leader, I feel that we must help each other in need, and the need for a citizen living in Etitur territory is a leader who will be wise in their finances and bring stability to a person's bank account. The family that we have chosen are the Alphanto. So, if you are an Etitur citizen, I ask you this: when was the last one you were paid? Don't you wish a that a more qualified family that is capable of providing everyone with a stable income? If you do, then I ask you to not resist our decision. The Floating Palace deserves to go back to the Alphanto family, for while under their reign, it had thrived, and because it was never rightfully taken from them. This is a positive change for all Etitur citizens. With a capable leader, I believe that you will be able to achieve a much higher standard of living than before, and will not suddenly find themselves without a pay check due to the fact that it was spent on a weapon that, if used, directly violates your constitution. As a reassurance, we promise that all current military personnel and Meshiar that do not resist this change in government will maintain their rank, and those who help combat against those who do resist may get promoted.

Thank you, Novan citizens, and for the good of our race, I hope you all help the right side.

And, as a message to all Humans who may be watching this: We are very sorry for the way that this family has acted in your territory. That is not the way anyone from our race should act, and we wish that you forgive our initial contact in hopes that we can have a relationship that is not founded on threats, but prosperity. We hope that we can learn many things from you, and you from us. Also, in order to improve our communications, could you please show us the data on your tablet thing so that there will be no errors on understanding what we are saying? In order to have a successful relationship, we must both fully understand what each other.

To Tema: As an ally of Etitur, I know that you may think that I'm against you, but I want to assure you I'm not. For millennia, you have been allied to the territory that is above you. The Alphanto were always a close ally for you. When they were removed from their reign, you immediately declared war on Etitur in order to make sure that they were safe. After that, you have been allies, but the reason was because you were allied to the people of the land, not the family. During the war, the Tema Arch himself confronted the Etitur Arch, and saw how weak he was, but felt it wasn't right to use his power to kill him. You knew that the Etitur Arch was not very strong, so why would you ally to them? It was because you have been an ally to the citizens of the land, and now, when the citizens are being mistreated, would you really stop us from being able to help them? Not to mention that we are helping your old ally regain power. We hope that you understand our choices and why we make them, and hope that we will be able to grow closer to each other.
